We process personal data about our users for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, including to provide recruitment, placement, employment, or outsourcing services, operate our business, fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, and satisfy other legitimate interests of SARAM HR. In most countries where SARAM HR has an employment contract with users, the processing of contact information, payroll, and benefits constitutes a contractual or legal obligation, and failure to provide information to enable processing may restrict your ability to be employed by or through our services.
You may have certain rights regarding your personal data. The availability of these rights and how the user can exercise them are described in more detail below.
For individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, SARAM HR complies with data protection laws in your country, and, where applicable, you have the following rights:
Access: The user has the right to request access to their personal data, to ask us whether we are processing their personal data, and, if we are, to request access to their personal data. This allows them to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about them and other specific information related to it.
Correction: The user has the right to request that we correct inaccuracies (rectification) in their data. In response to their request, we will update any incomplete or inaccurate personal data we hold about the user to ensure it is accurate and correct.
Deletion: The user has the right to request the deletion of their personal data under certain circumstances, subject to our obligations to retain their information under applicable legislation or if retention is required concerning claims.
Restriction: The user has the right to ask us to suspend the processing of certain parts of their personal data, for example, if they want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for its processing.
Transfer: The user can request to receive information they have provided to us in a machine-readable format or the transfer of certain personal data to another party.
Automated Decisions: The user may contest any automated decision made when there is a similar legal effect or significant impact and request reconsideration. EU residents will not be subject to decisions that have a legal effect or significant impact on them based solely on automated decision-making.
In the case of individuals located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the user has the right to object to the processing of their information under certain circumstances by SARAM HR.
The user has the right to object to SARAM HR's processing of their personal data when it is based on SARAM HR's legitimate interests (or the legitimate interests of a third party). The user can challenge our reliance on legitimate interests. However, we may have the right to continue processing their personal data based on our legitimate interests or in cases where this is relevant to legal claims. The user has the right to object in cases where we are processing their personal information for direct marketing purposes.
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, particularly in the EU member state where they habitually reside, where we are located, or where a presumed violation of data protection legislation has occurred.
Since processing their information is necessary for providing the recruitment, placement, employment, or outsourcing services we offer, any request to withdraw consent, object to processing, or delete their information may result in SARAM HR being unable to continue providing its services, such as recruitment, placement, employment, or outsourcing services. Subject to applicable law, SARAM HR may limit or deny requests or charge reasonable fees.
SARAM HR is committed to your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and wants to ensure that users are aware, if applicable, that they have the following rights:
Right of Access: For personal data that SARAM HR has collected or maintained about the user in the past 12 months, the user has the right to request access to the categories of personal data we collect about them, the categories of sources from which the personal data was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal data, the categories of third parties to whom SARAM HR disclosed personal data, and a copy of certain personal data we have collected or maintained. Please note that if your access request requires the disclosure of personal information of another person, we will not be able to fulfill your entire request. Additionally, if responding to your access request would violate any law, rule, regulation, or request from law enforcement authorities, SARAM HR may not be able to comply with your request.
Right to Correct: The user has the right to request that SARAM HR correct any inaccurate personal information in our possession.
Right to Deletion: The user has the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected. However, we are not obligated to comply with your request if one of several exceptions applies, including circumstances where it is necessary for us or our service provider to retain your personal data to complete a transaction with the user, if there is internal use that is reasonably aligned with their expectations, if there is compliance with a legal obligation, or if there is another internal use of your personal data that is compatible with the context in which it was provided.
Right to Opt-Out: The user has the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal data with third parties at any time. This means that once you exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, we must comply with your request. SARAM HR does not sell or share personal information with third parties as defined by California law.
Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: The user has the right to request that SARAM HR restrict the use and disclosure of their confidential personal information. However, SARAM HR does not use or disclose your confidential personal information except for purposes authorized by the CCPA.
Right Not to Be Discriminated Against for Exercising These Rights: The user has the right not to be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different amounts, or provide you with a different level of quality of goods or services for exercising your rights, unless the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data.
Because processing your information is necessary for providing the recruitment, placement, employment, or outsourcing services we offer, a request to delete your information may result in SARAM HR being unable to continue providing its services, such as recruitment, placement, employment, or outsourcing services. Subject to applicable law, SARAM HR may limit or deny requests or charge reasonable fees.
Please note that SARAM HR may require additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request.
