Executive Recruitment

We have a simple principle: we recommend only those with whom we would love to work personally.

To fulfill this mission, we first analyze the knowledge, skills, and attitude required by our clients. We understand that finding the perfect combination is challenging, especially for foreign companies established in Mexico. However, no matter how much patience it takes, we strive every day to provide what our clients need to stabilize their business and grow strongly.

  • Executive-level headhunting
  • Mid-level headhunting
  • Recruitment of translators/interpreters
  • Talent databases

We specialize in the search, management, and even training of foreign workers with excellent language skills, and we provide ongoing professional guidance for these workers.

Nearshoring

Due to its proximity to the North American market and the nearshoring strategies of most global companies, Mexico has become one of the most important countries in the world in terms of manufacturing, logistics, and cross-border trade.

This geoeconomic location, combined with a skilled and relatively low-cost workforce, provides a strategic advantage over others, which in turn is causing significant collateral effects in the labor market.

Employment Abroad

Our era of "Great Resignation" is still ongoing. People have been rethinking what is important in their lives and what real value we should pursue. Ironically, the Covid-19 pandemic, which hit advanced economies like the United States, Europe, and some major Asian powers hard, now offers a new opportunity for students and young adults who would never have had the chance to change their lives before.

The upward mobility of Mexican society is extremely rigid, meaning that middle- and lower-class individuals often do not have the opportunity to rise in the social hierarchy. However, international mobility is activated, and we, as a purpose-driven company, are making every effort possible to guide them toward a better future through internships and/or formal jobs in foreign countries.

Recruitment and Selection of Workers

The process of searching for suitable candidates and attracting them to apply for vacancies within the organization is called recruitment. It is the first step in selecting and appointing the right employees for the organization, while the selection process involves the final appointment of new workers to fill the company’s positions. In other words, the term selection refers to placing suitable personnel in specific job roles.

Basic Orientation

Imagine starting a new job at a community organization in an unfamiliar area. You accept the position, show up to work on the agreed-upon day, and the director gives you a tour of the facilities, welcomes you to the organization… and then leaves. That’s it: your introduction to the new job. You have to learn on your own the details of the job and the organization (who your coworkers are, who does what, what the downsides of the position are, where to have lunch… everything).

Do you think it’s possible to give your best during the first few weeks or months? In reality, the most important question is, how would you feel about working for this organization? Would you trust that these people have everything under control, that they have planned what they are doing?

HR Management

Human resources management is the practice of managing human capital by providing the necessary tools to achieve the best possible performance. Properly managing both resources and personnel allows human capital to easily fit into the work culture, leading to longer tenures and higher productivity compared to individuals who do not align with the company culture.

Your HR partner should provide the knowledge, tools, training, legal advice, administration, and talent management that are crucial for the sustainability and progress of a company, as well as optimizing performance through better management and continuous improvement. Employee Retention and Termination Strategies

Employee retention is a business indicator that measures the level of commitment of the workforce and the availability of Human Resources to tackle new challenges. Sometimes, employee retention occurs naturally due to a proper combination of incentives from the company and goodwill from employees who feel comfortable and satisfied within the organization. Other times, it is necessary to resort to employee retention strategies to ensure that they feel more convinced about staying with the company.

On the other hand, a termination may arise for various reasons, ranging from a drop in performance or breach of contract to issues related to the company itself. However, there should always be a justification for letting an employee go.

Labor Relations, Responses to Conciliation and Lawsuits

The Federal Labor Law (LFT) and local labor laws protect workers against unjustified dismissals. For a termination to be considered unjustified, one or more of the following conditions must be met:

  • The dismissal occurs without a legal cause established in the LFT and/or local labor laws.
  • The company or employer did not follow an established legal protocol for the dismissal.
  • Dismissal for discriminatory reasons, such as religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc.

At SARAM HR, we help you efficiently and promptly navigate legal processes related to conciliation or lawsuits. We have an experienced team of labor law attorneys who will handle your case with professionalism and expertise to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.

Labor Market Study and Competitive Analysis

Market research is an essential tool in the modern recruitment process. At SARAM HR, we conduct research and analysis to better understand the labor market and hiring trends in your industry. This information enables your company to make informed decisions about how and whom to recruit for specific vacancies. In some cases, market studies also allow for the restructuring of job profiles within companies.
