SARAM HR and SARAM Academy have been working hand in hand since the inception of this project in 2016. The journey of this branch of SARAM has had its ups and downs. However, we are now better focused on the goals we pursue. We want the youth in Mexico to have better opportunities for personal and professional growth, which is why cultural exchange programs remain an important effort for SARAM HR. Currently, we offer internship programs specifically designed for university students in Mexico, with partnerships in several cities across the United States that can extend job invitations to recent graduates or those with at least one year of work experience in their field of study. If the above requirements are met, it is possible to obtain a cultural exchange visa or J-1 visa to participate in a Trainee (up to 18 months) or Intern (up to 12 months) program. It's important to note that any studies applicable to the Automotive Industry increase the likelihood of receiving an invitation from foreign companies due to high demand.
At SARAM HR, we also want this opportunity to be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a financing plan that allows you to cover and even recover the investment involved in expenses such as paperwork, food, housing, transportation, etc.
While we highly recommend high-value programs like Trainee or Intern positions at companies in the United States, it is also possible to engage in other types of cultural exchanges, such as Au Pair, research, studies, etc.
