Employment for Mexicans in the United States American visa

Our era of "Great Resignation" continues. People have been reevaluating what is important in their lives and what real value we should pursue. Although the COVID-19 pandemic hit advanced economies like the United States, Europe, and some major Asian powers hard, ironically, this situation has provided new opportunities for students and young adults—opportunities they would never have had before that can change their lives.

“We see challenges as life-changing opportunities.”

Social mobility in Mexico is extremely rigid, meaning that people from lower-middle-class backgrounds often lack the chance to rise in the social ladder. However, international mobility is activated, and as a purpose-driven company, we are making every effort to offer guidance towards a better future through internships and/or formal jobs in foreign countries.

United States

We have a presence in companies located in this North American country, allowing us to offer this great employment opportunity abroad to the working community in Mexico.

TN Visa

The TN Visa, or NT Status, is a special non-immigrant classification in the United States that provides expedited work authorization to a citizen of Canada or a national of Mexico. It was created as a result of the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which require entry and work permits for certain professionals from each of the three member countries within the others.

There are about 60 job categories specified in the USMCA treaty, including the following:

  • Accountant
  • Architect
  • Computer Systems Analyst

J1 Visa

This is a non-immigrant visa issued by the United States for academic researchers, professors, and exchange visitors participating in programs that promote cultural exchange, particularly for obtaining medical or business training within the United States.

Starting in September 2022, we offer positions in automobile manufacturing plants in the states of Georgia and Alabama.

Visa E-2

The E-2 visa allows individuals to enter and work in the United States based on an investment in a U.S. business. The E-2 visa is valid for three months to five years, depending on the applicant's country of origin, and it can be extended indefinitely.

  • The investment must be "substantial," although there is no legally defined minimum.
  • The E-2 visa is available only to citizens of certain countries.
