Request

The client submits the requirements for the open positions along with general information about the company.

Analysis

We analyze the requests, the feasibility of the requisition, and make a proposal to the client regarding the timeframe and expected salary range, among other factors.

Search

Based on the previous analysis, we determine the means for an optimized search. Sometimes, online portals or communities are not the best option.

Contract Signing

Pre-interview

Interviews are conducted to filter the best candidates according to the established criteria, and a concise yet comprehensive report is prepared for the client.

Sometimes we offer advisory services to clients for drafting lawful contracts to prevent any conflicts arising from misunderstandings between the company and the candidate. We ensure that the contract clauses are appropriate for our clients’ needs, including working conditions, geographic and functional mobility, essential modifications to working conditions, and disciplinary actions, among others.

Considering that most do not continue working solely as translators/interpreters, we help them train in certain areas where their communication skills or others can be better developed. For example, if a candidate is proficient in Spanish/English and studied Mechanical Engineering, we assist them in securing a position in production control management.
