This project is part of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK), an organization affiliated with the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Each year, they select several organizations to carry out this project in partnership with various countries. We, SARAM HR, are pioneers of this program in Mexico and have responsibly participated in training, skill development, and employment support in Mexico and other countries. This program is offered in different countries through bids that grant permission to develop outside of South Korea, where various trainings will be provided to young Korean students. This includes culture and language of the host country, specific technical skills, local laws, among others, all aimed at helping them find high-quality jobs in the host country.
There is no specific requirement to hire someone from the K-Move program, other than meeting the minimum wage specified in the established policies. However, it is important to adhere to the norms and regulations of Mexican labor law, as this is a government-subsidized program.
K-Move students are qualified for positions such as translators; however, many of them have degrees in engineering, management, programming, or other fields. Do you want to hire a Korean translator? We would love to work with other companies to create a friendly work environment where our students can settle in and continue their work for extended periods. Please consult with us if you are interested in making any hires.
