It is a well-known fact that Central and South Americans arrive in Mexico as refugees, whose lives and human rights are protected by this UN agency. We have cooperated with this organization for most of our company’s history to help resettle refugees and assist them in finding work in the regions they choose to establish themselves. This, in turn, has helped companies alleviate their labor shortages and stabilize their operations.

We aim to be a bridge between the public and private sectors to ensure their cooperation. This sometimes does not yield economic benefits, but we believe it provides us with greater credibility and purity of intention. Network of Independent Recruiters

There are a significant number of people who have difficulties accessing a physical office for various reasons, such as children or family, transportation, illnesses, etc. However, many of them have professional experience and are still looking for self-manageable jobs. We recognized the importance of building a network of these recruiters and began to seek appropriate candidates alongside them.

Currently, we have a three-digit number of recruiters in our network who collaborate with us whenever our clients request candidates for vacancies. This network system is managed through our unique database and mobile application to facilitate real-time communication among all parties.

High Turnover Rate

Among the northern states of Mexico, such as Nuevo León, Coahuila, Chihuahua, and Baja California, the turnover rate is extremely high, and the uncertainty generated by business operations causes headaches for companies located in this border area.
